Dr. Raymond Frank Mullis, Jr. is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Georgia. He began his career in 2004 as a sex offender counselor with STOP, Inc. He currently counsels sex offenders on State and Federal probation and parole throughout Middle and South Georgia. He holds a Doctor of Professional Counseling from Midwestern College in Kansas City, Missouri. He received his Master of Theological Studies in 2004 and Master of Divinity in Counseling in 2000. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Georgia College and State University in 1994. He also holds an AS in Psychology and an AA in Education from Middle Georgia State University.
